Bonds in numbers: "Live and Let Die" (1973)

'Live and Let Die' poster"Live and Let Die" introduced Roger Moore as new James Bond - more witty, less chauvinistic and far more tongue-in-cheek. Despite obvious dubity about the reception of a totally different Bond, the makers of "Live and Let Die" could feel quite secure. Roger Moore wasn't a nowhere man. He had already became a world famous actor and celebrity thanks to "The Saint". When his debut 007 picture had soon turned out to be a worldwide success, a new, constant ground was prepared for the future of the Bond movies.
